Ray DiGilio is the Founder and CEO of EUS Distilling and an experienced distilled spirits executive, master distiller and industry advisor. With more than a decade of leadership in the spirits sector, Ray has worked across distillery development, production, recipe formulation, operations, sourcing, brand creation, sales and route-to-market strategy.

Ray previously founded Kill Devil Spirit Co. and served as Founder and President of the San Diego Distillers Guild. He has contributed spirits recipes and provided operational consulting to more than 15 distilleries worldwide. He has also served as an instructor and industry presenter, sharing practical expertise with the next generation of distillers and beverage entrepreneurs.

Through EUS Distilling, Ray focuses on bulk spirits, custom distillation and scalable supply solutions for spirits brands and other beverage businesses. His experience spanning craft distilling, commercial production and business development gives him a valuable perspective on how companies can source effectively, build differentiated products and successfully bring new spirits brands to market.
