Michael Salzer is Vice President, Private Label at Trinchero Family Estates, bringing extensive experience across private label, exclusive brands, e-commerce, wine sales and distributor management. Before joining Trinchero Family Estates, he spent nearly eight years with Delicato Family Wines, most recently as Vice President – Exclusive Brands, following roles as National Director of Exclusive & E-Commerce and Regional Sales Manager.

His broader career includes senior sales and distributor leadership positions with Excelsior Wines and Banfi Vintners, where he managed wine portfolios, sales strategy, shipments, budgets, distributor relationships and on- and off-premise activities.

With deep experience across the U.S. wine and spirits industry, Michael brings a strong understanding of private label development, retail strategy, commercial execution and brand growth.
